Stainless Foundry and Engineering offers alternatives to hard tooling, such as additive manufacturing capabilities. Currently we utilize rapid prototype castings of investment patterns and sand cores and patterns to provide customers with a quick turn-around on a part.

This also allows for design/dimensional changes to be made very easily.

For low volume parts, this may be a cost effective alternative to hard tooling.
