Stainless Foundry & Engineering Promotes Mat Staudinger to Chief Executive Officer

Milwaukee, WI – August 7, 2025 – Stainless Foundry & Engineering (“SFE”), a leading manufacturer of complex castings and precision machined components, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mat Staudinger to Chief Executive Officer.

Mat joined SFE in 2024 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in February 2025. Since joining the company, he has delivered substantial operational improvements across the business. Under his leadership, SFE has significantly increased on-time delivery rates, strengthened quality controls, enhanced production efficiencies, and streamlined communication across both internal teams and customer relationships.
